Supplemental Personal Information Processing Consent for Xiaohongshu International E-Commerce Services

Thank you for using our international e-commerce services. By using the shopping features in the Xiaohongshu App and the cross-border logistic services provided by our partners, you authorize us and our third-party partners to collect, use and process your personal information for necessary business purposes as described below and in the Xiaohongshu User Privacy Policy.
I. Collection, Use, and Sharing of Personal Information
- When you use the shopping features in the Xiaohongshu App and the cross-border logistics services, we may collect the shipping information you provide, including recipient name, contact phone number, email, address, and postal code to facilitate and fulfil the order. To do so, we may need to share such personal information with the third-party cross-border logistics services provider(s) you selected for delivery and customs clearance purposes. If customs authorities require additional personal information (including but not limited to IDs), we will collect this separately through our Customer Service team.
- When you make a payment through the Xiaohongshu App, our third-party payment service provider(s) will directly collect your payment information through their checkout interface, including your name, bank card number, and other details described in their terms of service and privacy policy. We will only receive confirmation of whether your payment was successful, and we do not store any of your payment information.
- During the return and refund process, we may collect your communications with our Customer Service team. To verify your identity and protect the security of your account and our systems, we may also collect personal information from you to confirm that it matches the information you have previously provided. After successfully verifying your identity, our Customer Service team may contact you to collect your payment receipt information, including your name and bank account details, to process your refund.
II. Information Storage
All personal information collected for the services described above will be stored within the People's Republic of China.
III. Other Provisions
This Personal Information Processing Consent constitutes an integral part of and is hereby incorporated by reference into the Xiaohongshu User Privacy Policy. The terms herein shall be read and construed in conjunction with the Xiaohongshu User Privacy Policy to form a single, complete agreement.
